MG Dispatch System — Magic Glass
End-to-end dispatch platform for a glass processing plant near Pune. An Import Studio converts any ERP proforma-invoice export to one format — auto-mapping columns, validating every row, with staging, commit and rollback. A route planner groups the day's deliveries into vehicle loads by weight and number of drops, assigns the smallest vehicle that fits, and orders stops with nearest-neighbour plus 2-opt on OSRM road distances, capping city trips at 10 km between drops. Managers approve plans, the system issues trip numbers and numbered GST delivery challans, and drivers work each trip in an Android app with live GPS tracking, push notifications and WhatsApp updates to customers. Built-in glass weight rules handle insulating units correctly, avoiding a 23-tonne overstatement on one real invoice line.
